Listen Here

Jennifer Hoppel (AIA), of Burdge Architects, Inc. joins Jana to share how focusing on the zero carbon agenda led her to discover and utilize materials and techniques which can reduce the carbon footprint of all new home construction. Jennifer discusses the Crown Point Estates’ MariSol Malibu Zero Series, four zero carbon luxury homes designed by Burdge Architects. Zero 1, the first-built MariSol home, is a 14,429 square foot, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, modern ranch-style property situated on a two-acre plot.

The designers at Burdge Architects are recognized for their diverse architectural styles, including Spanish Mediterranean, Traditional, “Rustic-Modern” and cutting-edge Contemporary, from Malibu to Sun Valley to Los Cabos, Mexico. Sophisticated homebuyers commission BAA, knowing that working with BAA will result in a distinctive coastal home that reflects their individual personality.
